한우 암소 전문 정육 프랜차이즈 브랜드 청년한우가 식자재 발주 플랫폼 오더플러스와 업무협약을 맺었다고 28일 밝혔다.
청년한우는 오더플러스와의 업무협약을 통해 간편하게 식자재를 주문할 수 있는 시스템을 구축했다. 이를 통해 청년한우의 가맹 점주는 매장 운영에 필요한 식자재 및 소모품을 보다 저렴한 가격으로 손 쉽게 주문할 수 있게 됐다.
또 청년한우는 오더플러스의 나중 결제 서비스도 도입했다. 나중 결제 서비스는 축산품과 소모품 구매 대금을 필요에 따라 90일 뒤까지 지연 결제할 수 있는 시스템이다. 이는 매장 운영 간 특수한 상황에 탄력적으로 자금 운용을 할 수 있도록 마련됐다.
정성현 청년한우 대표이사는 “오더플러스와의 업무협약을 통해 정육점을 처음 창업하는 분들도 심리적 부담을 덜고 운영할 수 있는 시스템을 마련한 것처럼 청년한우는 누구나 창업할 수 있는 정육점을 만들기 위해 노력을 기울이고 있다”며 “청년한우를 전국적으로 만나볼 수 있도록 브랜드 확장에 박차를 가하는 한편 교육과 운영 시스템을 지속해서 고도화할 수 있도록 노력할 것”이라고 말했다.
