프리미엄 돈카츠 브랜드 ‘시올돈’이 충남 논산시에 논산점을 오픈했다고 30일 밝혔다.
시올돈은 전국 어디서든 높은 퀄리티의 돈카츠를 제공하겠다는 목표로 빠르게 확장 중인 돈카츠 전문 브랜드로 이번 논산점 오픈은 지방 소도시에서도 자리잡고 있음을 증명한다는 것이 브랜드 측 설명이다.
브랜드에 따르면 지방 소도시의 경우 한정된 상권 내에서 반복적인 소비를 유도해야 하므로 상권 내에 빠르게 안착하는 것이 매장 운영의 성공을 좌우하는 중요한 요소다. 시올돈은 남녀노소 누구나 즐길 수 있는 메뉴 구성과 높은 전문성으로 지역 맛집으로 인정받으며 꾸준한 매출을 이어가고 있다. 특히 논산점이 위치한 상권은 어린 자녀를 둔 가족 단위 거주자가 많은 지역으로 온 가족이 함께 즐길 수 있는 돈카츠 메뉴를 선호한다고 브랜드 측은 전했다.
시올돈은 모든 가맹점주에게 ‘카츠마스터’라는 체계적인 조리 교육을 제공하여 일관된 음식 품질과 서비스를 유지하고 있다. 또한 시올돈은 10평 내외의 작은 매장에서도 최적화된 동선과 효율적인 운영을 통해 소비자들에게 최고의 돈카츠를 제공하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.
브랜드 관계자는 “논산점이 지속적인 매출 성장을 이루고 있는 것은 시올돈의 맛과 서비스가 우수하다는 증거”라며 “남녀노소 누구나 좋아하는 메뉴로 어린 자녀를 둔 가족 단위 고객들로부터 특히 많은 사랑을 받고 있다”고 설명했다.
한편 시올돈은 논산점 운영을 기반으로 지방 소도시에서도 지속적으로 성장해 나갈 계획이라고 밝혔다.
