식품 및 외식업 애그리게이터 회사 SPBT(에스피비티)가 푸드 스타일링 및 음식사진 전문 스튜디오 토라이 리퍼블릭과 MOU를 체결했다고 18일 밝혔다.
SPBT는 성장 가능성이 높은 외식업 브랜드를 발굴하고 인큐베이팅하는 전문 애그리게이터 회사로 다수의 브랜드를 발굴해 프랜차이즈 사업으로 성장시키고 있다 .
인큐베이팅 및 가맹 사업 전개 1년여 만에 18호점을 돌파한 시올돈에 1억 원의 투자를 진행한 바 있으며 이외 11개의 브랜드를 발굴해 2024년 중 본격적인 가맹 사업 전개를 계획하고 있다.
토라이 리퍼블릭은 음식 사진을 전문으로 하는 스튜디오로 대한민국 굴지의 F&B 브랜드의 브랜드 및 제품 촬영을 도맡아 왔다. 음식 사진을 통해 브랜드의 비주얼 브랜딩을 추구하는 작가주의를 지향하고 있으며, 사진 작가 뿐만 아니라 전문 푸드 스타일리스트를 포함한 분야 별 전문가들이 모여 창의적이고 높은 완성도의 이미지 제작 능력으로 브랜드의 시각적 매력을 향상시키고 있다.
이번 MOU 체결을 통해 SPBT와 토라이 리퍼블릭은 상호 협력을 강화하고, 외식업 브랜드의 성장에 더 나은 지원을 제공할 계획이다.
관계자는 "인큐베이팅 브랜드에 새로운 비전과 가능성을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 고객의 기억에 오래 남을 수 있는 브랜드로 성장할 수 있도록 브랜드의 사업 모델을 공고히 하는 것은 물론 시각적인 요소까지 가치를 상승시키며 산업 전반에 긍정적인 파급 효과를 보일 것으로 기대한다"고 밝혔다.
SPBT 양형석 COO는 “2024년 중 SPBT가 인큐베이팅하고 있는 다수의 브랜드가 시장에 론칭할 계획"이라며 "대부분의 브랜드의 비주얼 브랜딩을 토라이 리퍼블릭과 협업해 기획할 만큼 전문성을 익히 알고 있다. 믿고 일할 수 있는 파트너를 얻게 되어 고무적”이라고 밝혔다.
