식품 및 외식업 애그리게이터 회사 SPBT(에스피비티)가 돈카츠 전문 브랜드 시올돈의 성장 가능성을 확인하고 더 큰 성장의 발판을 위해 1억 원을 투자했다고 8일 밝혔다.
SPBT는 성장 가능성이 높은 외식업 브랜드를 발굴하고 인큐베이팅하는 전문 애그리게이터 회사로서 시올돈과의 협업을 통해 브랜드의 방향성을 정립하고, 전략을 수립하며, 브랜딩 전반과 매장 운영 시스템 정립 등 브랜드 인큐베이팅을 추진해왔다. 그간의 협업을 통해 시올돈은 2023년 12월 20호점 출점을 확정했다.
‘어디서든 맛있는 돈카츠를 먹을 수 있도록 하겠다’는 슬로건으로 운영되고 있는 시올돈은 다른 돈카츠 브랜드와 차별성을 갖기 위해 ‘카츠 마스터’ 제도를 운영하고 있다. 자사가 만든 교육 과정을 이수하고 평가 기준을 달성해야 매장을 운영할 수 있는 제도다. 이를 통해 가맹점 별로 회사가 추구하는 전문성을 강조하며 개별 매장에 대한 소비자들의 신뢰와 애호도를 이끌어냈다는 평가다.
SPBT는 시올돈의 브랜드 차별성과 성장 가능성을 확인하며, 미래 성장을 더욱 적극적으로 지원하기 위해 1억 원의 추가 투자를 진행했다. 이로써 SPBT는 시올돈의 브랜드 성장을 더욱 촉진시키고, 더 큰 성장을 위한 발판을 마련했다. 시올돈은 전국적인 매장 확장에 박차를 가할 계획이며, 브랜드 인지도를 구축할 수 있도록 마케팅 활동에 집중할 계획이다. SPBT는 이러한 시올돈의 브랜드 가치와 성장 잠재력을 높이 평가하며, 향후 더 많은 투자와 협력을 통해 브랜드의 성장을 계획하고 있다.
SPBT 측은 “앞으로 더 많은 성장 가능성을 가진 외식업 브랜드를 발굴하고 지원함으로써 식품 및 외식업 분야의 성장과 발전에 기여할 것”이라고 뜻을 밝혔다.
