국내 김치찌개 전문 프랜차이즈 브랜드 ‘백채김치찌개’가 지난 15일 KBS N이 주최한 ‘2023 KBS N 브랜드 어워즈’에서 한식 프랜차이즈 부문 대상을 수상했다고 21일 밝혔다.
업체에 따르면 2023 KBS N 브랜드 어워즈는 KBS N이 주최하고 오픈엑스과 주관하는 대한민국의 대표 브랜드를 선정하는 시상식이다. 기업의 현 상태와 전문 분야에 따라 브랜드의 인지도를 조사하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 기업의 미래성, 브랜드가치, 고객만족도, 시장 점유율 등을 평가해 2023년을 빛낸 우수한 기업을 선정했다.
백채김치찌개는 안정적인 운영을 강점으로 2013년부터 현재까지 10년간 꾸준한 성장세를 보여주며 300개의 가맹점 오픈을 앞둔 브랜드이다. 또한 브랜드 슬로건을 ‘김치찌개는 역시 백채김치찌개’로 내세우며 국내 업계 리딩 브랜드로 입지를 견고히 하고 있다는 것이 업체 측 설명이다.
백채김치찌개는 지난 10년간 운영하며 쌓은 데이터를 바탕으로 안정적인 매출 달성이 가능한 상권에 전략적으로 진출하며 최근 로드샵 뿐만 아니라 휴게소, 리조트 등 특수상권까지 확장하며 브랜드의 경쟁력을 입증하고 있다. 손쉬운 운영 시스템은 인력 채용에 대한 부담을 줄이며, 본사에서 김치와 고기를 생산하는 공장을 운영해 가맹점에 안정적이며 높은 품질의 주요 식재료를 공급해 운영에 대한 부담을 줄였다고 업체 측은 밝혔다.
