프리미엄 돈카츠 브랜드 ‘시올돈’이 프리랜서 마켓 플랫폼 크몽에서 운영하는 ‘쑨’과 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
돈카츠 전문 브랜드 시올돈은 ‘어디서든 맛있는 돈카츠를 먹을 수 있도록 하겠다’는 일념으로 전국적으로 빠른 확장을 보여주고 있다. 브랜드의 전문성 강화를 위해 자체적인 교육 커리큘럼과 평가 수준을 달성한 점주와 직원을 대상으로 ‘카츠 마스터’ 인증을 부여하는 제도를 도입해 지점 별 맛의 편차를 줄이고 소비자의 신뢰감을 형성하고 있다. 또한 본사 자체 내 연구를 통해 에이징 파우더, 빵가루, 반죽 파우더를 자체 생산하는 등 돈카츠에 관련한 전문성을 더욱 부각하며 매장 운영의 부담을 줄였다.
크몽의 ‘쑨’은 적합한 경력을 갖춘 단기 알바 및 일용직을 실시간으로 제공해 주는 구인구직 매칭 서비스 플랫폼으로 외식산업의 인력 공백에 어려움을 겪는 문제를 해결하고자 만들어졌다. 또한 쑨은 단기 근무자 채용부터 결근 방지, 출근 내역 등을 모바일로 쉽고 편리하게 관리할 수 있으며 근무자 경력, 결근 내역 리뷰 등 축적된 데이터를 바탕으로 매칭 서비스를 제공한다.
시올돈과 쑨의 협약을 통해 가맹점의 예상치 못한 인력 공백으로 발생하는 어려움을 해결하고 인력 채용에 대한 가맹점주의 고민을 해소할 수 있을 것으로 예측한다. 시올돈은 매장을 운영하며 쌓은 데이터를 바탕으로 필요 인력의 적절한 배치를 구성하며 쑨과의 협력을 통해 시너지 효과를 극대화할 것으로 기대된다. 그뿐만 아니라 최근 시올돈은 외식업 비즈니스 투자 전문 애그리게이터 SPBT로부터 1억 원의 투자를 받으며 브랜드 확장에 더욱 박차를 가할 것으로 보인다.
