국내 김치찌개 전문 프랜차이즈 브랜드 ‘백채김치찌개’가 프리랜서 마켓 플랫폼 크몽이 운영하는 ‘쑨’과 업무협약을 체결했다고 19일 밝혔다.
브랜드에 따르면 백채김치찌개는 ‘작지만 강한 가게’를 표방하며 2013년부터 현재까지 10년간 꾸준한 성장세를 보이고 있다. 김치찌개 전문 브랜드로서 가맹점 중 70% 이상이 3년 이상 장기간 운영되는 안정적인 창업을 목표로 한다.
또한 김치찌개의 주요 식재료를 본사에서 직접 생산 및 관리하여 탄탄한 운영을 강점으로 내세우며 업계 리딩 브랜드로 성장했다. 최근에는 해외박람회에 꾸준하게 참가하며 글로벌 시장의 데이터를 확보하며 해외 진출을 위한 초석을 다지고 있는 것으로 알려졌다.
크몽의 ‘쑨’은 적합한 경력을 갖춘 단기 알바 및 일용직을 실시간으로 제공해 주는 구인구직 매칭 서비스 플랫폼으로 외식산업의 인력 공백에 어려움을 겪는 문제를 해결하고자 만들어졌다. 또한 쑨은 단기 근무자 채용부터 결근 방지, 출근 내역 등을 모바일로 쉽고 편리하게 관리할 수 있으며 근무자 경력, 결근 내역 리뷰 등 축적된 데이터를 바탕으로 매칭 서비스를 제공한다는 것이 브랜드 측 설명이다.
백채김치찌개는 쑨과의 협약을 통해 가맹점의 예상치 못한 인력 공백으로 발생하는 어려움을 해결하고 가맹점주의 고민을 해소할 수 있을 것으로 예측된다. 백채김치찌개는 매장을 운영하며 쌓은 데이터를 바탕으로 필요 인력의 적절한 배치를 구성하며 쑨과의 협력을 통해 시너지 효과를 극대화할 것이라는 계획을 밝혔다.
